It's time to take it outside

Spring has hit Indiana in full force this weekend; I am dreaming of fun family and friend-filled afternoons relaxing, chatting and munching on some yummy eats on the back patio.  We have two teen birthdays to celebrate in the next 10 days and I am sharing some inspiration I found while perusing some sites.

This would be a fun way to decorate my daughter's 13th birthday bash outside. I love the colorful bunting swaying above the table; the simple table and chairs add to the charm. (Photo: CountryLiving.com)

Love the yellow and blue on the vintage metal patio set. Makes me want to paint my set blue; so breezy. (Photo: en.paperblog.com)

Yes, more garden time please. The different silhouettes of the paper lanterns, simple garden flowers in glass jars and mismatched china, make this a one-of-a-kind patio party. (Photo: Lolalina.com)

I'm hoping I can implement a couple of these beautiful ideas for my teens birthday parties. The most important aspect is the weather, and so far,  it's looking good. This girl is happy to be taking the entertaining outside!
