May Happenings

This May has been a blur of activity and emotion. One son is running track, many are in the midst of final examinations and AP reviews + testing AND we have a daughter graduating tomorrow!! Pretty big + exciting life events for sure, but calendar filling all the same. Having a graduate means lots of grad parties as well. We have a tree in our dining room with some of these upcoming Open Houses:

I pulled out some craft supplies to make small reminders and remembrances for a few of the graduates.

I added a few of these sweet crocheted ombre flags to my Etsy shop this week! So colorful + a perfect addition to a grad gift, cake or plant.

And since the weather has taken a gorgeous turn, we have been working on our little backyard paradise. We love to eat our meals outside and it's not uncommon to find one of us doing our schoolwork or reading on the patio this time of year.

We are in a season of blooming and pruning; while there is beauty and growth, we are surrounded by a bounty of change on the horizon. I want to soak in what is before me, and appreciate these gloriously sunny + hope-filled days.
