Getting a little organized over here!

For Christmas, My Sweet Hubs bought me a couple of restored, white vintage furniture pieces for my class/ craft room. I love this room! This room was the reason we bought the house; the vision I had of home schooling my Littles in that beautiful space with 3 walls of windows wooed me. BUT, because of the scenic all-season room, there is absolutely NO storage-- walls and windows are all that adorn this space. Big Boo for this Mama who likes to have books, markers and fabric at her fingertips.

This chair has weathered all of my babies sicknesses, countless readings of classics and cuddles galore; 2 years ago it was reupholstered and it will forever be in my home.

What this meant practically for me was that all of my materials were piled high in bookcases, tubs and under tables- not pretty and downright unorganized. But that is no more, Dearies. My Hubs helped me make some order of my chaos. Yes, he's a Keeper!

Inside my new White Wardrobe: 3 small shelves for my pretty vintage pillowcases, small bits of fabric stash, and craft supplies; a hanging rod to hold all of my vintage sheets and more space on the bottom to hold some future projects. Oh, this baby is deep and wide. And the best part: no clutter hanging around in every nook, corner, table and seating space. The fog has lifted in this cluttered space and I am just thrilled!

With the snow keeping us indoors for a few days, I am sure more organizing and purging will be on the agenda. After 12 years in this space, I am ready for some organizing madness!
